ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS:
The deposit to hold most appointments is $200. Certain longer procedures, such as Ultherapy, require a larger deposit. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, you can have the deposit either remain as a credit in your account or fully refunded in your method of payment.
Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice or not showing for your appointment will forfeit the full deposit.

NEW PATIENTS:
During your cosmetic consultation, the physician evaluates your concerns, answers your questions and devises a treatment plan to fit your goals. These are thorough consultations that can last up to 30 minutes. The fee for a new patient cosmetic consultation is $400. Currently, Dr. Ugonabo, Dr. Chopra, Dr. Petukhova and Dr. Rambhia apply this fee to your treatment; the other physicians only apply it for Accufit and miraDry treatments.

While we are unable to guarantee same-day treatment, we will make every effort to accommodate your request or will find you another convenient time for your treatment.

PAYMENT PROCESS:
For online appointments you pay the deposit by credit card. These payments are processed securely by Stripe and we do not see or keep your credit card information.
